The Designer

Don R. Moore and Associates, Inc. is a Dallas based residential designer that has been designing residential subdivisions and home plans for over twenty years. The firm has designed literally thousands of homes in projects ranging from starter homes, multi million dollar single family homes, and significant multi-family projects. It counts some of the nation's largest homebuilders among its clients.

The Preferred Lender

Reliance Mortgage Company has been in business in Dallas since 1989, and currently averages over 200 loans a month. Ron Schulz, the principle contact for the Villas at Ash Creek project, has eighteen years experience in the financial services industry, and is a host on Reliance's weekly radio show on KRLD, one of the highest rated programs in the DFW market on the weekends. The company prides itself on unequalled service and constant communication with borrowers, realtors, and builders through the entire lending process.

The Planner/Engineer

ION Design Group is a professional land planning and engineering company based in Dallas. Its principle, Bryan Klein, was formerly a city Planning Director who brings a strong municipal and planning background to the project. He is particularly interested in environmentally friendly design solutions and creative urban land uses.

The Consultant

Masterplan is a Dallas based real estate consulting firm that has been active in the Dallas area for over twenty-five years. The firm specializes in all aspects of land use and regulations, and facilitates coordination with elected officials and city staff. Most members of the firm are either former elected officials or city employees who are intimately familiar with the processes and procedures of various city governments throughout the metroplex.

The Sales Director

Sandy Warriner has lived in Dallas for most of her adult life. She has been involved in various aspects of the real estate business for over 20 years and brings a strong buyer-oriented perspective to the sales process. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, consistent client follow up, and community involvement are all positive attributes Sandy brings to the Ash Creek experience.

Advertising & Public Relations

The firm of Anderson Hanson & Blanton specializes in marketing and public relations for the real estate industry. With over 20 years of experience in all areas of advertising design, marketing and promotional programs, they represent many of the regions largest homebuilders and masterplanned community developers. In addition, they have been recognized by their industry with a number of awards on the local, state and national level.
